Sight: Straw yellow with greenish tones, bright, alive.
Smell: Intense aroma, fruity (banana, peach ...) and dairy memories (banana yogurt).
Taste: Fresh, lively mouth, with good balance between fruit and acidity.

THE WINERY
San Martín Winery is a synonym of tradition; the vine growers of San Martín de Unx have been carefully cultivating the Garnacha variety in these exceptional surroundings of mountains since 1914, trying to respect the environmental conditions to the maximum and producing wines with their own identities.
Our dedication and passion for Garnacha make us seem immersed in the recovery process of the great variety of “Garnacha blanca”, whose cultivation, almost about to disappear, is known to be a reference in the vineyards of our grandparents.
